Program Requirements
PROGRAM A
The minimum total investment to be made for this Category is €600,000, consisting of an investment of €552,500, and a Non Interest Bearing Deposit into the AFA (Andorran Central Bank) of €48,500.
PROGRAM B
The B resident program is an investment residency for entrepreneurs who wish to conduct international business while residing passively in Andorra. You’ll have to register a business in Andorra and more than 85% of the business activity has to be conducted outside Andorran territory.
The corporate tax rate on such businesses will be 2%.

Andorra Residence Application Timeline
Submit application
Our expert processing team completes immigration forms for the main applicant and any dependent family members, and will submit these along with all supporting documents.
Receive approval for three year stay
The time frame for approval of your application is dependent on the embassy receiving the application, and approval may take between one and six weeks.
Make your investment
Once approved, you must invest the full sum of
£2 million within three months of the ‘investor start date’. This is the date of your arrival in the UK.
Apply for extension
Once your initial three-year visa expires, you and any dependents must apply for an ‘extension of stay’ from within the UK. The UK Home Office will issue you with a two-year extension.
Receive your ILR
On completion of five years of continuous residence in the UK, you and any family members may be eligible to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK (ILR) and citizenship a year after.
